Who or what is your biggest inspiration?
I would have to say nature – especially the fascinating shapes and colours.
Your decor style in three words?
Modern, classic, eclectic.
Favourite item in your home right now?
A large lush philodendron plant in a teal blue ceramic pot. Like any greenery in the home it brings the space to life and adds a tropical feel.
What current trend is your favourite?
I can’t get enough of the copper and brass trend. Elements of these add interest, mood and warmth, especially mixed with wood, terracotta and botanicals.
If you were to do one thing to lift a room what would it be?
Paint used in clever ways can completely transform a space.
Favourite section of your home?
I love our veranda, especially on autumn evenings sitting around the fireplace.
Your greatest style inspiration?
I never fail to get inspired by Holly Becker’s blog Décor8 – I love her style.
Your most indispensable tools?
My iPad and tape measure – they go everywhere with me!
