Planning a cocktail party? Use these playful food flags to label your canapés
MAIN PHOTO: CHRISTOPH HOFFMANN
These cute DIY food flags will let your guests know what’s on the menu when browsing a buffet.
You could also use them as cupcake toppers that double as place cards; simply write each guest’s name on a flag, insert it into a cupcake and use it to mark their place at the table.
THEY’RE SO EASY TO MAKE! HERE’S HOW:
- Download and print one of the free printable PDFs below.
- Stick the two print outs back to back (optional).
- Cut out the flags.
- Write on them. Be creative, you don’t just have to write the name of dish, you could add a little message to your guests like ‘Bon appetit!’ or ‘Eat me!’.
- Make a small hole in the end of each flag and insert a toothpick.
