INGREDIENTS
- 2 litres sparkling water
- ½ cup honey
- 16 limes (juiced)
- 6 limes (sliced)
- 2 cups mint leaves, sliced
- 2 pinches salt
- 4 cups ice cubes
METHOD
- Juice the limes and whizz lightly together with the mint leaves, honey and a splash of water, set aside.
2. Slice the remaining limes, mix together with the ice and mint mixture, top up with sparkling water.
3. Pour into a jug and serve.
Cook’s tip! Adults could add a tot of rum to the ice before topping up with the virgin mixture.
