Former Miss South Africa Sandy de Bruin delights in creating a magical setting in which to serve a memorable festive lunch

INGREDIENTS
- 500g green beans, trimmed
 - 20g butter
 - 5ml sesame oil
 - 30ml black sesame seeds
 - salt and black pepper
 
METHOD
1. Steam the green beans until tender.
2. Toss with the remaining ingredients and serve immediately.
This recipe serves 6 – 8.
