PIMM’S COCKTAIL

INGREDIENTS

  • Pimm’s
  • lemonade
  • ice
  • cucumber peel, orange slices, Maraschino cherries and fresh mint, to serve

METHOD

1. In a large jug mix 3 parts Pimm’s to 2 parts lemonade.
2. Pour into cocktail glasses, top up with ice and add a few slices of cucumber peel, orange slices, cherries and fresh mint.

This recipe serves 6.
