BASIL SMASH
INGREDIENTS
- 25ml lemon juice
- 25ml homemade plum syrup
- 50ml Musgrave 11
- handful fresh basil
- 5ml absinthe rinse
- ice
METHOD
Shake all the ingredients together and strain over ice.
EXPLORER
INGREDIENTS
- 35ml Musgrave 11
- 25ml Rosso Vermouth
- 15ml lemon juice
- 15ml apple and cardamom cordial
- 50ml camomile soda
- ice
- dash bitters
METHOD
Shake all the ingredients together, strain over ice and serve with a dash of bitters.
BUGS @ ROSES
INGREDIENTS
- 35ml Musgrave pink
- 25ml Tawny Port
- 15ml Orgeat syrup (a sweet syrup made from almonds, sugar, and rose water)
- 25ml fresh beetroot juice
- 15ml cellulose
- rose petals
METHOD
Shake and strain and serve garnished with rose petals
