Sticky Chicken Wings
TOTAL TIME 1 hour | SERVES 4
INGREDIENTS
- 80 ml rice wine vinegar
- ¼ cup honey
- 2 tbsp of salt and pepper seasoning
- 1 ½ tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 kg of chicken wing nibbles
- Coriander sprigs, to serve
METHOD
PREHEAT the oven to 240℃. Line a large oven tray with baking paper.
COMBINE vinegar, honey, seasoning and oil together in a bowl. Add chicken, and toss to coat. Let stand for 10 minutes.
SPREAD chicken on a tray; drizzle with marinade. Roast chicken for 45 minutes, turning occasionally, or until golden and sticky. Serve topped with coriander.
PRO TIP: Chicken can be marinated 2 hours ahead.
