Avocados have become kitchen essentials recently, used on everything from health bowls to burgers. But nothing beats one of the most classic uses for these fruits – guacamole. Try this loaded recipe packed with fresh ingredients, perfect for your next nacho evening.
Ingredients:
- 3 whole avocados
- 1 small red onion, diced
- 1 small roma tomato, diced
- 1 bunch coriander, chopped
- 2 limes, juiced
- 1 tsp cumin
- Salt & pepper
- Feta (optional)
- Toasted pine nuts (optional)
- Bacon bits (optional)
Steps:
- Slice the avocados and mash until creamy but not completely combined.
- Stir in onions, tomatoes, coriander, cumin and salt and pepper. Cover with lime juice and stir again to combine.
- Now for the loaded part – transfer to a large decorative bowl and top with feta, toasted pine nuts, bacon bits and a sprinkle of additional coriander.
- Serve with a side of nacho chips for the ultimate party snack.
