FRUITY MINT COCKTAILS

METHOD

For the berry blaze:

  • 1½ cups white rum
  • 3 cups fresh strawberry juice
  • 3 cups lemonade
  • handful of mint
  • chunky, chopped fruit
  • ice

For the apple slammer:

  • 1½ cups vodka
  • 6 cups Appletizer
  • squeeze of lime
  • handful of mint fresh
  • summer berries
  • ice

METHOD

To make either cocktail, simply stir the ingredients together in a jug and serve.

Each jug serves 6 – 8.
