METHOD
For the berry blaze:
- 1½ cups white rum
- 3 cups fresh strawberry juice
- 3 cups lemonade
- handful of mint
- chunky, chopped fruit
- ice
For the apple slammer:
- 1½ cups vodka
- 6 cups Appletizer
- squeeze of lime
- handful of mint fresh
- summer berries
- ice
METHOD
To make either cocktail, simply stir the ingredients together in a jug and serve.
Each jug serves 6 – 8.
