INGREDIENTS
- 150g dark chocolate
- 50g cream
- 50–75ml Frangelico
METHOD
1. Heat the chocolate and cream together in a bain-marie until the chocolate has melted and is smooth.
2. Stir in the Frangelico and mix well. Allow to cool, then pour into shots glasses and serve.
This recipe makes 6-8 shots
