Surprise your guests when cutting open this fruity cake
INGREDIENTS
- 1 large watermelon cut into a cylinder resembling a cake shape
- 500ml whipped cream
TO SERVE
- Nuts like almonds, pistachios or walnuts and fresh fruit such as blueberries, strawberries, cherries and kiwi fruit
METHOD
- Pat the watermelon down with paper towel to dry it.
- Smooth over the whipped cream to cover the top and sides completely.
- Decorate the sides with nuts and berries.
- Decorate the top with the fresh fruit of your choice.
