INGREDIENTS
- a selection of different cheeses
- grapes
For the sugared pecans:
- handful pecans
- 125ml sugar
METHOD
1. To make the sugared pecans: place the sugar in a saucepan and melt over a medium heat. When the sugar is dissolved, add the nuts and stir vigorously to coat. Pour out onto a baking tray lined with a sheet of baking paper.
2. When cool, break the sugared nuts up and serve with the grapes and cheeses.
This recipe serves 6.
