This community initiative is based on inclusivity, community, and exchanges of knowledge. Apart from participating in the plant swap, attendees will receive gift bags and will also have access to a talk by guest speakers.
What is a plant swap?
A plant swap is an event where people gather and exchange botanical goods. The plants that are up for trade are usually either rooted plants or cuttings. In preparation, people will often add information to their pieces (name, care instructions, etc).
On Sunday, the 23rd of October from 10 am to 1 pm the plant swap will take place in three cities across South Africa: Cape Town, Johannesburg, and Durban.

- Label plants and add a short how-to-care-for-me note if you cam
