As the family who lives here enjoys spending quality time alone together as well as entertaining large groups of friends, Adrian Morris of The Design Partnership designed this modern, double-storey home to have a uniquely flexible layout. With the use of cleverly positioned sliding glass and cavity doors, the various spaces can be opened up or closed off as needed. “In order to make this possible we limited the use of internal walls,” Adrian explains. The end result is a contemporary masterpiece of a home which has a seemingly ‘weightless’ feel and a strong connection between the indoor and outdoor areas.
