When the owners visited Monaghan Farm in Lanseria, north-west of Jo’burg, they knew they had found the perfect environment in which to build their new home. Their vision was for a contemporary game-lodge-style home that would maximise the spectacular north-facing views. “As we frequently have family and friends stay over, we wanted a spacious living and entertaining area with bedrooms that would offer our guests a degree of privacy,” they explain.
