Orange and carrot juice
This drink is high in vitamin C and deliciously refreshing! It’s also got flavourful twists that raise the bar on this immune-boosting favourite.
PREP TIME 10 min | SERVES 2
INGREDIENTS
- 125 g broccoli stalks, chopped coarsely
- 4 medium oranges, peeled
- ½ cup loosely packed fresh basil leaves
- 2 carrots, unpeeled, halved lengthways
METHOD
Push ingredients through a juice extractor into a jug, adding the basil in the middle of the order so the remaining ingredients help to push it through.
Stir to combine. Serve immediately.
