INGREDIENTS

  • 1T vegetable oil
  • 500g diced skinless chicken breast
  • 50g diced bacon
  • 225g broccoli florets
  • Knorr’s Naturally Tasty Creamy Chicken & Broccoli Bake Recipe Mix
  • 450ml semi-skimmed milk
  • 50g grated Cheddar cheese

METHOD

  1. Preheat the oven to 190°C, 180°C fan assisted, gas mark 5.
  2. In a non-stick pan heat the oil and fry the chicken, bacon and broccoli for 5 minutes.
  3. Blend the contents of the sachet with the milk and pour over the chicken.
  4. Bring to the boil, stirring constantly, then reduce heat and simmer for 1 minute.
  5. Place in an ovenproof dish, sprinkle over the cheese and bake for 20 minutes until golden and bubbling.
  6. Delicious served with mashed potatoes.
